About This Course

DATIM User management model is based on role (user type), access to different data streams, and permissions for user actions. In order to manage DATIM users, a working knowledge of DATIM principles and terminology related to User Management is essential. This course will enable participants have a broad understanding of how DATIM User Administrators execute their responsibilities to administer user accounts for members of their DATIM Organization Unit (OU).

DATIM User Administrators need to have a clear knowledge of creating user accounts with different levels of permissions such as data entry, data acceptance, data submission, and read-only. This course will help them acquire the knowledge and skill to align the user need with the service delivery model. Equipped with the right skills and knowledge, Have the knowledge and skill to respond to user account needs. Appreciate the value of providing open to feedback and suggestions for improving the system and processes for user admins. 150-400 words.
